It’s doesn’t really seem like hate speech, he just wants kids to be able to pray in schools and say Christmas. It’s called freedom of speech, motherfuckers. His choice of wording sucks and all that but I really don’t think he has a chance at winning haha

“you don’t need to be in the pew every Sunday to know there’s something wrong in this country when gays can serve openly in the military…” yeah that’s hate speech towards homosexual people and the gay community in general.

 You have to finish his sentence, though. “… but our children can’t openly celebrate Christmas or pray in school.” He’s pointing out the double standard, which is a problem. I am a Christian and I am actually for gay rights. But I don’t think what he said is hate speech. He is saying that there is something wrong with the fact that one group of people can be open about their sexuality but another group has to be silenced. I agree that he could choose his words more carefully. He does sound awfully ignorant here. But hate speech? I don’t think so.
